"My wife and I have decided to purchase the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum Premium, silver exterior with Black interior. It offers luxurious accommodations without paying Luxury maintenance and insurance fees. After test driving practically all SUV's ranging from Toyota Highlander to Lexus RX350...I would compare this vehicle to the Infiniti JX. Two things Infiniti JX offers over Nissan Pathfinder: "Driver Assistance Package" and more horse power. At the end of the day Nissan makes Infiniti. The Pathfinder Platinum Premium includes: Navigation, dual headrest monitors (for the kids), full vehicle camera coverage, panoramic moon roof, third row seating, automatic tailgate opening/closing, remote engine start, push button start, heated front & rear leather seats, etc. Need I say more? You can literally enter, operate and walk away from your vehicle without taking the keys out of your pocket. We love our new SUV and the redesigned body style!!! Please test drive all vehicles within your budget and investigate insurance cost prior to making your final decision. Keep your options open. At first I did not want to test drive a Nissan and realized my friend has a Nissan GT-R. I now receive almost as many compliments as my friend everywhere I roll :)"

"I've been looking for a suv that had a higher tow rating than the usual 3500#. With highway mileage that exceeds everything else, the Pathfinder clicked those two important boxes. I got a Platinum, which loaded the vehicle up with options, yet the pricetag was still way below the sister infiniti jx. I must admit, i hoped for something less "mommy-mobile" looking. While the lines are certainly fresh, they seem more minivan than Pathfinder. I guess Nissan found that more buyers want finesse than brute strength, in function and appearance. The SUV has adequate power, nothing exhilarating, and I am waiting for more miles to accrue before I comment on mileage. handling is a bit odd, steering that large vehicle by its front-drive wheels takes a bit of getting used to. So far the CVTrans has worked well. The ride is nice, on highway, as well as on the pothole ridden streets of N.E. PA. Inside, leather seats feel a bit stiff, perhaps more seat time will soften the leather. The Bose stereo does an excellent job of filling the cabin with clear sound, while canceling out road noises. I just tested the i-4x4 this week. We traversed snow packed roads with no problems. I have yet to tow anything, but cant wait to see how the CVT holds up. I'm expecting alot from this, the first BRAND NEW vehicle I have ever purchased. I hope to update this review, once I log more miles."

"We've only had this car for three weeks, but so far we LOVE this car! It's soooo comfy and beautiful! The ride is smooth, the sound system is wonderful! We are getting about 21.5 mpg average with city and highway driving. I had an Altima coupe before this and got 25 mpg, so I didn't lose too much by going bigger. We just took a trip to San Diego with 5 adults and was plenty roomy for all with luggage ."

"Great vehicle. For the money you spend, Nissan needs to make more of its options in standard equipment. This car is so fast and so fun to drive. If you need an SUV, but want something that will outperform just about everything else on the road, this is the car 2013 Nissan Pathfinder. We researched for 2-3 months and drove several brands/models. Nissan fit the bill & made a spectacular deal with us. We get great mileage; this SUV has extremely comfortable seats & has a great ride better than all the other SUV?s down the road, even in the back seats! The stereo have solid sounds plus they are easy to learn & operate. The back area is a just like u are in limousine .I drove all other brands but this was the one that I like the most. For the price of a new auto -- we wanted to get the most for our money and we were delighted when we drove away with the best deal! I bought this car from Fontana Nissan one of the best dealers in California which provides 100K miles powertrain Warranty. Salesman were so trained and well-mannered not like other dealers who just want to push you even u don?t even like, Josh Mallett was my salesman one of the best and educated regarding the car, I got the best deal from this dealership I had to compromise little bit with the color but so what I car for performance and in that this is like a tank. There is no road sound or any outer sound you feel like u are driving Luxury car. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to anybody who is looking for a SUV better then Toyota Highlander or Hyundai SanatFe. Move spacious and more powerful."

"My wife and I just purchased our first Nissan Pathfinder SL AWD on 12/11/12. This my wife's 6th Nissan, and my 3rd. We have owned two Altimas, and an Murano. We had problems with the Murano. This is our first "new" Nissan. I like the comfort in the ride, it reminds me of the the Murano when we first purchased it. The extra row of seating, or when folded down storage impressed me. The dash is easier to see than our old Murano. The wider rear doors allows us to get our Aunt Rita in easier. I look forward to towing something in the future. I am very impressed and I would buy it again."
